G&S Pizza

During the snow storm this past weekend, I had a houseful of family visiting from out of state. One person has a lot of dietary restrictions, making a complicated pizza order! I came to pick it up so they wouldn't need to send a driver out in the snow. I got home and realized that there was cheese on the complicated pizza I had ordered. If he wasn't allergic to dairy, I would have let it go. I called and explained the situation and they offered to not only remake the pizza, but also deliver it so I wouldn't have to leave the party. I tried to offer a generous tip for the inconvenience, and he told me to keep it. That it was their fault, and that I was already paid up. I was so thankful that they went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and could enjoy the food together! Such a great group of people! THANK YOU!!!!!

I am a very good customer to this location two-three times a week, I when to the Acushnet Ave location on 1/16/24 around 5:45-6:00 pm as I pulled into the wet parking lot one of the delivery drivers and his passenger were in the middle of the parking lot doing donuts with his car at a high rate of speed I literally had to stop 1/2 way into Acushnet Ave oncoming traffic and wait until he stop to avoid being hit as I pulled into the lot at that point he almost hit the building next door then pulled up fast to the side of G&S Pizza and him and his buddy ran into the store one thru the front the other around the back of the building to avoid from being seem the car look like a gray or charcoal or a blueish color sedan or coupe style car for all your customers and business safety these employees should be removed from there duties as they are put your business and customers at a very high risk of serious injuries. I have noticed Everytime I go to this location the delivery driver are very careless driving in and out of the lot. I hope some action is taken before a serious issue happens. So for your safety be very careful when pulling into G&S Pizza the delivery drivers are extremely careless and reckless. I own a business and for the safety of my customer and other employees action on this issue would be priority. This is extremely unsafe for all. There's a place for actions like this and it's not in the middle of the public parking lot during business hours. When it comes to the safety of the customer, employee's, and your business any reviews related to the business inside or outside is appropriate. And delivery drivers are part of your services not just food and counter service. If you have cams outside your business I am sure you will see the issue at hand.

My husband and I ordered a steak and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, extra mayo and a bacon cheddar pizza. Was told 20 min for pickup. Got there in 15 waited 5 min got it home less than 5 minutes later. Pizza is cold no bacon. Sub is just greasy steak on wet sub roll , no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Called to complain this place used to be really good, went way down hill. I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money at G&s it is garbage!

I have given G & S pizza so many chances on getting my steak kabob salad right…but I’m done. Today’s salad had chunks of yellow lettuce, 1 piece of cucumber, 2 grape tomatoes and hardly any steak (significantly less than what they used to give). In the past, they get the order right and when I bring it back, I was given a hard time about it. The quality has gone downhill and I won’t be ordering from them anymore

I order here weekly and they have good food but recently they just lost a customer for their poor customer service and lack of quality in their work. I ordered a pizza and some other things .. they deliver the other items but not the pizza, so the driver told me they would send out a new pizza with another driver....it came 45 mins later cold and soggy (they gave me the first pizza they forgot to bring) and it's covered with cheese and usally isn't it usally has a light feta with some light pizza cheese...I called and they insisted it was a new pizza and wouldn't refund me....one year later UPDATE they still have horrible food I got Alfredo and it's was the nastiest I have ever had in my life so thick and greasy and the shrimp where over cooked....never again I'm really DONE...save ur money people!

G&S is great if you are looking for a quick pizza shop. Lots of options their website is fairly easy to use as well. I've never personally eaten inside, but it is usually mostly take out orders or delivery. When choosing the delivery option 9/10 expect it to come earlier than the estimated time. Estimated time is usually 15-20 min longer than the time it takes me to get my food which is great. Always hot always great def recommend G&S for one of the better pizza/sub shops in the area. My wife loves the salads there also just as a side note.
